Clams with Corn & Beer | Recipe


This weekend I wanted to make a simple dinner, utilizing the awesome produce of summer, fresh seafood from the farmer's market, and a stellar new beer discovery: Flying Dog's Dead Rise Old Bay beer. I was extremely happy with the results. This will be summer regular now, without a doubt.

1 tablespoon corn or peanut oil
1 tsp cumin
2 ears corn
1 jalapeño pepper
2 dozen littleneck clams
1 bottle Flying Dog Dead Rise
1/2 cup chopped chives
